How to Brew

Place one tea bag into your favourite cup.

Rinse the bag briefly with a little water.

Add freshly boiled water until the cup is two-thirds full.

Steep for 3–5 minutes, then relax and enjoy.
Tip: Keep the tea bag in the cup while drinking to enjoy the full aroma. Best served without milk.

Description
Calm the body and senses with a little TranquiliT. Inspired by a traditional Chinese recipe, this blend is believed to help de-stress the mind and lower blood pressure.
Directions for use:
Start off gently with sipping 1 teabag per day. Progressively increase the number of teabags over a number of weeks, but do not exceed 3 bags per day.
This tea increases metabolism and promotes bowel movements. We recommend drinking a tea in the evening before bed/after dinner as this tea contains natural herbal laxatives. It is important to start gently by using 1 teabag and monitor how your body responds.
