Huang Huang’s Guide to Clinical Application of Jingfang – Chinese-English Edition represents the culmination of an international collaboration with 26 scholars, clinicians, and Jingfang enthusiasts from China, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Malaysia to bring to the English audience the latest edition of Professor Huang Huang’s internationally acclaimed clinical manual of Jingfang formulae.
Like its Chinese source text, this manual provides a collection of 91 commonly utilized Jingfang formulae, 15 experiential formular by Professor Huang, suggested formulae for common diseases, and 836 references of evidence-based study. Each formulary entry further provides relevant source texts from the canonical literature, original and recommended prescriptions, characteristics of the applicable population, suitable modern diseases and conditions, and common modifications.
In this bilingual manual, the English translation is placed side-by-side with the Chinese text; in addition, relevant footnotes, illustration of face pattern, and drawings of herbal medicinal are further included in order to enhance the reading experience. All of these are printed on premium papers, bound by flexi binding, and encased in elegantly debossed covers.
